Stainless Steel Vegetable Slicer & Grater with Hand Guard

A slim slicer board for fast, even cutting. Slide a blade into the steel board, hold the vegetable in the hand guard and push it across: thin slices, shreds or wavy chips fall onto your plate.

Key features

• Stainless steel slicing board, about 28 × 10.5 cm
• Interchangeable blades for slicing, wavy cuts, julienne, shredding and grating
• Hand guard holds the vegetable and keeps your fingers away from the blade
• Handle with a hole for a firm hold and easy hanging

Ideal for

Potato chips and fries, cucumber and carrot salad, cabbage, onions, radish, and grated ginger or cheese.

Good to know

• The blades are sharp. Always use the hand guard and wash the blades carefully by hand.
