রিটার্ন

টাকা দেওয়ার আগে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনেই পার্সেল খুলে পণ্য দেখে নিন।

• পণ্য পছন্দ না হলে তখনই ডেলিভারি ম্যানের কাছে ফেরত দিন। সেক্ষেত্রে শুধু ডেলিভারি চার্জ (ঢাকার ভিতরে ৬০ টাকা, ঢাকার বাইরে ১২০ টাকা) দিতে হবে, পণ্যের দাম নয়।
• ডেলিভারি ম্যান পার্সেল বুঝিয়ে দিয়ে চলে যাওয়ার পর আমরা আর রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ড নিতে পারি না।
