Good to know
- Runs on 220V household power.
- The soleplate gets very hot. Never leave it switched on unattended, and keep it away from children.
- Use it with water in the tank for steam. Unplug it before filling or emptying the tank.

Returns
Please open and check your parcel in front of the delivery person before you pay.
- If you don't want it, hand it back to the delivery person right there. You pay only the delivery charge (60 Tk inside Dhaka, 120 Tk outside Dhaka), not the product price.
- Once the delivery person has handed over the parcel and left, we can't accept a return or give a refund.
