Returns
Please open and check your parcel in front of the delivery person before you pay.
- If you don't want it, hand it back to the delivery person right there. You pay only the delivery charge (60 Tk inside Dhaka, 120 Tk outside Dhaka), not the product price.
- Once the delivery person has handed over the parcel and left, we can't accept a return or give a refund.
